About the Role

We’re seeking style-savvy, sales-driven individuals ready to take their retail careers to the next level. In this role, you’ll be a trusted stylist, client advisor, and emerging leader, supporting store operations, opening/closing procedures, and merchandising alongside the Store Manager.


What You’ll Do

Be a Trusted Stylist & Client Advisor


  • Provide personalized styling that builds long-term client relationships.
  • Stay up to date on fashion trends to make expert recommendations.
  • Create an engaging, VIP shopping experience that sets Sassanova apart.

Drive Sales & Store Performance


  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  • Develop a loyal client base through clienteling and follow-ups.
  • Assist with merchandising and styling displays to showcase new arrivals.

Lead as a Key Holder


  • Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Support with inventory, receiving shipments, and visual merchandising.
  • Serve as a point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of retail or styling experience preferred.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for fashion and personal styling.
  • Strong clienteling & relationship-building skills—you love connecting with people!
  • Leadership potential—prior key holder experience is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to multitask.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.


What You’ll Need

  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for fashion.
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using POS systems & clienteling tools (Shopify experience a plus!)
